LEED Green Associate

LEED Green Associate: A foundational credential for professionals

LEED Green Associate

  • Fees: $250 ($100 for students, $200 for USGBC members)
  • Eligibility requirements: None
  • Timing format: 100 multiple-choice questions per section
  • Language: Translation aids are available in Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. Learn more.
  • Scoring: A passing score of 170 out of 200.
  • Rescheduling and cancellations: Permitted up to 3 days prior to exam. Some fees may apply. Learn more.

LEED AP

LEED Fellows

LEED Fellows demonstrate excellence

LEED Fellows are LEED APs who have acquired significant technical knowledge and skills. They also have a history of exemplary leadership, impactful commitment, service, and advocacy in green building and sustainability. LEED Fellows are nominated by their peers, undergo an extensive portfolio review, must have at least 10 years of experience in the green building industry and hold a LEED AP with specialty credential, among other requirements.
